Estate & Trust Summit

Kristine Anderson from Fern Law will be a speaker at the Law Society of Upper Canada’s 26th Estate and Trust Summit, happening on October 18, 2023.

She will be speaking on changes to the Succession Law Reform Act regarding separated spouses and predatory marriages as well as providing an update on the development about the intersection of Family Law and Estates Law.
